“Pixel Fold by Google: A Foldable Phone that Smartly Avoids Price Issues of Previous Models”

Leak Tips June Launch Window for Google Pixel Fold and Pixel 7a, Along with Pricing Details

For years, rumors have been swirling about Google’s Pixel Fold, and now, thanks to recent retail leaks, it looks like we may see its release as early as June. However, until recently, pricing information for this foldable phone has been hard to come by. According to a tweet from noted leaker Yogesh Brar, the Pixel Fold may be less expensive than initially assumed, with a likely price range of $1,300-$1,500.

Brar’s tweet also suggested that the Pixel 7a is scheduled for a June release, likely announced at the Google I/O. The suggested MSRP will be between $450 and $500, consistent with earlier reports about Google’s intentions for this year’s launch.

These updates should please US consumers who have seen few foldable phone options released in North America. Google’s Pixel Fold may provide some much-needed competition for the Samsung Z Fold series, currently the largest provider of foldable devices.
